A global pandemic declaration from the World Health Organization on March 11 means the specific rules have kicked in with regards to the Americans with Disabilities Act under the guidelines of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Many of these guidelines involve the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees toward protecting the health of the workplace.

This involves making special accomodations for employees (with or without disabilities) to work at home.

There are many more guidelines listed by EEOC.
