Our bargaining committee has proposed a range of improvements to make the university more equitable, inclusive, and competitive. However, Columbia's continued refusal to make progress on core priorities makes it more and more clear that we will have to increase the pressure as we move towards the new year.

Our bargaining committee is holding town halls to discuss the current stage in contract negotiations. This is a great opportunity to learn about the bargaining process, progress we have made so far, and what you can do to help overcome Columbia's resistance to some of our core proposals.
