Stewards are co-workers who keep us connected with our union. Stewards are trained to provide grievance and conflict resolution support and they keep us informed about workplace issues and UCW campaigns. A steward is a member you can go to with questions or concerns. They're not elected leaders, or Board members. But they act as “first responders” who also encourage us to show up whether that's to a rally or event, Lobby Day, or phone-banking. No one goes it alone though! Apply by November 4, 2019!
