Our bargaining committee has proposed a range of improvements to make the university more equitable, inclusive, and competitive. However, Columbia's continued refusal to make progress on core priorities, such as equitable and improved benefits, protections against discrimination and harassment, and salaries that match NYC’s high cost of living, makes it increasingly clear that we will have to strengthen our campaign to win a fair contract.
