Philadelphians served by the Housing Trust Fund, including people with disabilities and families with the lowest incomes in our city, are the hardest hit by the COVID19 crisis. Too many are being forced to choose between paying rent, getting medical care, or buying food. Now is not the time to cut funding for a core city service: access to affordable, safe housing.
