Donate to help provide relief in the wake of coronavirus

As coronavirus pandemic rages on, our most vulnerable communities are struggling to stay healthy and whole.

Thankfully, organizations have continued to support some of the hardest hit.

Your donation will help communities prevent, detect and respond to infections, deploy staffing, and provide critical home essentials, such as food and medical needs to quarantined and isolated individuals, and working families.

Please chip in $1 each to help these organizations meet the challenges of the time.

CDC Foundation is an independent nonprofit created by Congress to mobilize philanthropic and private-sector resources to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s critical health protection work.

Feeding America is a nationwide network of more than 200 food banks that feed more than 46 million people through food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other community-based agencies.

Meals on Wheels supports individuals who are elderly, disabled, chronically ill and home-bound by delivering nutritious meals, reducing hunger, improving health and promoting independence.

The National Domestic Workers Alliance has launched an emergency relief fund to support 10,000 domestic workers — nannies, house cleaners, and home care workers — facing job loss and exposure as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

One Fair Wage Emergency Coronavirus Tipped and Service Worker Support Fund provides cash assistance to restaurant workers, car service drivers, delivery workers, personal service workers and more who need the money they aren’t getting to survive.

The National Diaper Bank Network helps families fill their diaper needs. Before the coronavirus pandemic, 1 in 3 American families with young children reported that they were in need of diapers. There are no state or federal child safety-net programs that allocate dollars specifically for the purchase of diapers. The National Diaper Bank Network provides a resource to help alleviate this need.

Farmworkers Pandemic Relief Fund: as the COVID-19 spreads to our rural communities and pandemic impacts our food supply chain, many farmworkers, some of whom are undocumented and left out of the federal relief programs, are struggling make ends meet, while also protecting themselves and our food. All funds raised will go directly to farmworkers to help them purchase basic needs for their families, like groceries and hygienic supplies; pay for utilities and other expenses; and assistance to offset medical costs and to aid in purchasing medical supplies.
