House Readies for Vote Next Week on Bill to Rework Labor Laws

The House will vote next week on an expansive labor bill that proposes vast changes to federal workplace laws, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer recently announced.

The Protecting the Right to Organize Act (H.R. 2474) would amend federal workplace laws to bolster a wide range of legal protections on the job, combining a number of legislative priorities for organized labor.
