About this event

Never has leading schools been more challenging. As teachers scramble to offer online learning to their students, headteachers and school leaders face demands on all sides – supporting teachers, students and parents through a time of great uncertainty, leading a dispersed staff team, keeping morale up and people connected. To help support our leadership members through these unprecedented times we are offering a programme of virtual group coaching designed specifically for *Senior Leaders. Leading in Uncertainty will help you navigate the many challenges you are facing, step into uncertainty, make speedy decisions and offer the best possible leadership to your school community at its time of need.

You will learn how to: -stay calm and effective in the face of multiple demands -build a vision for your changed circumstances that can provide your team with direction and purpose -make people feel seen and heard -hone your skills at building connection and empathy with others The programme will be delivered to small groups via 3x2 hour zoom meetings. These will be held at fortnightly intervals, (Friday 15th May 2020 , Friday 29th May 2020, Friday 12th June 2020 - between the times of 11.00 -13.00).Please note you must be able to attend all three of the sessions on the dates and times given.
