Feeding America: Their mission is to feed America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and also by engaging our country in the fight to end hunger.


Food Research & Action Center (FRAC): A national non-profit organization working to eradicate poverty-related hunger and undernutrition in the United States. They lead efforts to identify the connections among poverty and hunger, seek strong federal, state and local public policies, monitor the implementation of those laws and provide training, technical assistance and support for a nationwide network of advocates.


Share our Strength (No Kid Hungry): Works to end childhood hunger by ensuring that all children get the healthy food they need every day. The No Kid Hungry campaign connects kids in need with nutritious food and teaches their families how to cook healthy, affordable meals. By doing this, they surround children with healthy food where they live, learn and play.
