Oppression and Privilege affect every aspect of our society and our work for social justice. Understanding these issues and learning how to work with them enables us to work more effectively. Facilitated by Deka Dancil and Andy Mager.

Deka is the Manager, Bias Response and Education at Syracuse University, President of the Urban Jobs Task Force and part of the RiseUp Core Team. Andy is longtime community organizer, Sales Manager and Social Movements Liaison at Syracuse Cultural Workers and part of the RiseUp Core Team.

There is a sliding scale fee of $0-$20 to attend. Please pay what you can, and don't let the cost keep you away if you'd like to come! Registration is limited to 20 people.
