Description
The 350 Austin retreat is for active members, including all of the leadership, to work with our facilitator, Eileen Flanagan - Non Violent Direct Action expert - to determine the organization's strategic focus as the climate crisis becomes increasingly urgent. The assessment of our strategic direction is particularly vital given the organization's current leadership changes and the opportunity 2020 will bring. We invite you to join us and to provide your input and insights.

The 350 Austin Board and Steering Committee are the two leadership arms of the organization, both made up entirely by volunteers. The Board sets the direction of the organization, while the Steering Commitee is responsible for the day-to-day operations and executing the campaigns.
