Support for member-led capacity building.

On this Giving Tuesday, we want to thank you for supporting the Dignity in Schools Campaign (DSC) and hope you will continue to join us in our work to advance education justice.

Throughout this past year, the teaching of history and systemic racism in our schools has been under attack across the U.S., connected to a broader, organized effort to roll back civil rights and racial justice policies that Black and Brown communities have fought for in public education.

For DSC members across the country, the same forces promoting misinformed “anti-Critical Race Theory” policies at school board meetings, are also opposing our efforts to eliminate racial disparities in school discipline and stop the criminalization and punishment of youth of color.

Led by youth and families directly impacted by education injustice, DSC continues to challenge systemic racism and the school-to-prison pipeline, and to promote culturally relevant approaches to school discipline, teaching and learning.

Over the past decade, through sustained campaign organizing, DSC members have changed laws in 10 states and policies in over 20 school districts to reduce punitive discipline and school policing, and to implement positive solutions like restorative justice.

With your support, we can continue to build toward our vision in 2023. We invite you to partner with us as a monthly sustainer at $10, $25 or $50 per month.

Thank you for partnering with us in this movement to make education justice a reality.

Make your gift to DSC today!

Support our growing coalition of dynamic members that currently stretches across 27 states.

Your contribution empowers community-driven solutions that address the root causes and impacts of the school-to-prison-pipeline.

Donations to the Dignity in Schools Campaign (DSC) are tax deductible.

Because the DSC is a coalition, not a 501c3 organization, donations are made to our Anchor Organization, Partners for Dignity and Rights. All funds donated through Partners for Dignity and Rights will go directly to support the work of the DSC coalition.
