I'll be there on April 27th to Stand with the Nurses at Maine Medical Center

Maine Medical Center nurses who organized a union last year are negotiating their first contract and are asking for the community to stand with them.

Nurses are fighting for a contract that ensures safe staffing, nurse and patient safety, and provides pay increases for better recruitment and retention of dedicated nurses.

We will join nurses and our community for an “Informational Picket” at MMC on Wednesday, April 27, to demand a fair contract for nurses! The picketing is from 7-9am and 7-8:30 pm, at shift changes.
