In 2019, Indiana Senator David Niezgodski introduced SB512 which is an overtime exemption bill for customer service agents at American Airlines. The bill was signed into law in April of 2019, due to the hard work of Local 4201 Indianapolis customer service agents. The picture below are a few of the American Airlines Employees that attended the Committee Hearing and testified, along with Senator David Niezgodski.

Build Back Better will help CWA workers. Here are a few examples: $65 billion to help ensure that every American has access to reliable high-speed internet through a historic investment in broadband infrastructure deployment; $7.5 billion to build out a national network of EV chargers in the United States; $17 billion in port infrastructure and waterways; and $25 billion in airports to address repair and maintenance backlogs, and reduce congestion and emissions near ports and airports.
Do you support the expansion of broadband as a critical infrastructure in the 21st century?

Call Center Workers have been under attack over the last 20 years.  Our jobs have declined here in the United States, with companies moving our jobs overseas while still receiving tax credits. CWA has been leading the charge in National and State legislation to stop corporations from offshoring our jobs!
Do you support Legislation to protect American Call Center Workers?  Will you help in the fight to enact such law?
