Positive Women's Network-USA Colorado (PWN-CO) works on reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice,  healthcare access, and affordable housing.

PWN-CO is seeking motivated individuals to work as door-to-door canvassers and to make phone calls for the upcoming Spring election. This campaign will focus on getting out the vote and building political power among Black communities in Denver in May and June 2022.

These are temporary, part-time positions paid hourly. Canvass shifts are Sundays during the day and phone bank shifts are weekday evenings.

Canvassers walk door-to-door in neighborhoods to talk to voters. Paid canvassers make paid $17.50/hour; shifts are Sundays 12-5pm and occasional Saturdays. You must be able to commit to work every weekend during the campaign and enter all data accurately. We will train you and you will have a script. Canvassers must be able to stand up and walk for 6 hours at a time, outdoors and must be able to lift 15 lbs. Canvassers must be good at talking to people in person.

Phone bankers contact voters on the phone using a script. Paid canvassers make $15/hour. Shifts are Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-8pm. You must be able to commit to at least 10 shifts during the campaign and enter all information accurately. We will train you. Phone bankers must have a working computer and a good wifi connection. Phone bankers must be good with customer service and phone conversations.

Training and Orientation:
*  You don’t need any specific experience to phone bank or canvass with us! We will train you.
