****PLEASE keep your message professional, but be tough on the ISSUES such as: the need for increased plan time; equity language; better caseload protections; general PTO (paid time off) instead of sick/personal days; language that addresses the unique needs of AMP, SPED, RN, Counselors; and of course the need for better compensation!
