Attend Budget Hearings to Advocate for Part-time Faculty Healthcare
On 2/14 and 2/16, the State Legislature will hold budget hearings to begin discussing the future of part-time faculty healthcare funding. While we're off to a great start, we must keep the heat on ensure that this funding remains in the state budget, and advocate for a system that actually gets the health coverage benefit to the part-time faculty who need it. Legislators need to hear directly from you about the importance of this issue.

We're holding trainings the week before these hearings to prepare members to speak, and review the logistics (which can get complicated). Please RSVP for a speaker training below, and sign up to attend one or both budget hearings.
