Just like the reason we join unions, we’re stronger together through our organization. We invite local and national unions, labor councils, regional labor bodies, and other labor organizations that agree with our principles to become affiliated with USLARW – to build a more powerful anti-racist and anti-war movement within labor and to support this vital social justice network.

There are two ways to become a member of U.S. Labor Against Racism and War:
APPOINTED MEMBER LIAISON

This is the ideal scenario! To affiliate, your union must email the affiliation form to info@laboragainstracismandwar.org and indicate a liaison on the form. Once the annual dues are paid, the organization will be officially affiliated. The appointed liaison automatically becomes a member and is encouraged to join a committee.

Affiliation dues can be processed at our donation page or by check. Checks can be made payable to the organization name and sent to 1030 15th Street, NW #153, Washington, DC 20005.

Consultation and support will be provided from USLARW organizers to help with the process of obtaining your union’s affiliation.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Individual membership is open to those who share our principles and are active in their union / labor org who have unmovable and/or conservative leadership on our issues.

Interested members are considered by the Steering Committee. There is a 6 months apprenticeship period where you complete a political training series and stay active with the work of the organization. Membership interest application can be found here.

Members are appointed to a committee and pay dues based on income levels to support the organization.
