*The boundary review and the subsequent reorganisation of CLPs, has meant that any CLP that has less than 85% of it members retained in the new seat is considered for all intensive purposes to be new. A number of CLPs where 85% of members come from old CLPs with policy in favour of PR can be considered notionally in favour.
