Support for 100% affordable housing at 3371 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain

Bring this project to the Boston Planning and Development Board for a vote to approve 3371 Washington Street Project in Jamaica Plain.

Why is this important?

“3371 Washington St” is a project proposed by Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) and New Atlantic Development (NAD). 3371 Washington St is a 5-story new construction building with the inclusion of a restaurant space for the current El Embajador tenant. The new building will create approximately 39 100% income-restricted affordable apartment homes for seniors and 1 live-in-responder. 30% of the homes will be affordable to persons earning 30% or below of Area Median Income (AMI). The rest will be affordable to people earning up to 60% AMI. These homes are some of the only affordable housing being developed in the JP/Rox Corridor.
