Will you support out staff?

I am writing to ask for your help in recognizing and thanking our staff at the Colorado Democratic Party.  I can’t tell you how proud I am of our team here at the Colorado Democratic Party. They make up a small, but forceful team. They have been working non-stop, around the clock, even years and odd years to get us here.

 

And trust me, they wouldn’t want it any other way. Change takes work, and that’s why they give so much of their time, and really their lives, to turning Colorado blue.

I ask so much of them because our democracy is in the balance, and they always deliver even if it means sacrificing those moments in life that only come around so often. Weekends, holidays, you name it—they’ve been working.

 

Their hard work -- while not always noticed or recognized publicly -- paid off.  Colorado made history this election and broke our own turnout records and was a stand-out state in the country delivering early, decisive wins for Biden-Harris and Hickenlooper. We flipped the CU Board of Regents, grew our historic legislative majority, and partnered to flip local seats.

The state party is here to organize year round and to the work needed to win elections and deliver good public policy for Colorado.  Everything we raise off of this email will go to our staff as a thank you (win) bonus.  

Will you help me thank our small staff with the win bonuses they deserve?
