Tell Congress: We Need Climate Action Now

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change found that our reliance on fossil fuels has heated the planet by about 2°F. We’re already seeing the effects of this warming: heat waves, droughts, flooding, hurricanes, sea levels rising, and weather whiplash.

The IPCC concluded that the only way we can stop further warming is to end greenhouse gas emissions — and the longer we take to do that, the hotter the planet will become. Right now, Congress is debating a major infrastructure and recovery package and it must offer solutions to address the current climate crisis.
